DW340v series, 340lph in-tank fuel pump w/ install kit for VW and Audi 1.8t FWD

In-Tank Pump: DW340v (9-354, 9-355*)

The DW340v was designed to fit OEM fuel pump modules used in popular VW/Audi vehicles, in particular those with 1.8t, 2.0 TSI and 2.0 TFSI engines. Two application part numbers are available, one for FWD (9-354) and one for AWD (9-355) vehicles. The DW340v flows 340lph at 40psi which is 36% above the DW65v pump. In addition, the DW340v features a quiet and reliable turbine impeller, carbon commutator and an encapsulated armature for compatibility with ethanol based fuels. Due to the current draw of the pump’s high-performance motor, it is not compatible with OEM fuel pump control modules. A hard-wire upgrade, return style fuel system or high-performance aftermarket control module is required for use.

To ensure maximum voltage at the pump, a 10-gauge hardwire kit is strongly recommended for optimum performance (DeatschWerks PN# FPHWK-10-HD).
