If you are not satisfied with your purchase or you have received the incorrect part which can happen from time to time as mistakes do happen, please contact us ASAP so that we can resolve the issue quickly and efficiently as we always do!
We do not refund any shipping costs or pay for any return shipping costs.
The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping cost & any new shipping charges.
Custom ordered parts are non-refundable.
Any damaged or missing parts must be reported within 48 Hours of receiving your order, Stories will not be entertained days, weeks or months later.
14 Days Returns Policy
All items returned will be subject to a 20% restocking handling fee.
Goods must be returned in the original packaging, unopened, unused and undamaged (FACTORY SEAL NOT BROKEN) & in a new sale-able condition like you received them to qualify as a Return.
All parts must be returned within 7 days once a return has been approved via Email – sales@fuelperformance.co.za
The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Shipping costs are not refunded
Allow 7 working days for all refund payments
Cancellation – If the item has not shipped at the time of cancellation, a order may be cancelled. If the item has shipped, then the cancellation will be treated as a Return under the Returns Policy.
In the case of any refunds we do not refund any shipping costs
Warranty
Quantum Warranty
All Quantum brand products are backed by a lifetime warranty. Quantum products that fail at any time will be replaced under warranty if it is determined that the failure was due to a defect in workmanship or material. Some exclusions may apply, see product pages for specific warranty information.
This warranty only applies to the original customer and is non-transferable. Improper use or installation of the product voids this warranty. Quantum is not responsible for incidental costs resulting from failure of the product.
In the unlikely event that you should need to request a warranty, please contact our customer service team to troubleshoot and diagnose the issue. Once we determine the cause of the failure, we will proceed with your warranty claim. This process will require you to provide information about the vehicle and the product installation. Please note, in some cases, customers will be responsible for the shipping cost of their warranty replacement.

Before the part is installed, the customer is responsible for verifying that the part number on the part and the box match the part number of the part ordered.

Walbro TIA Warranty Disclaimer
All TIA Walbro fuel pumps are tested at the TIA Walbro facility and are made to operate correctly.
No warranty is provided on any TIA Walbro fuel pump.
Please be aware that under no circumstances will FUEL PERFORMANCE be held responsible for any labour or repair costs or any other costs incurred from parts found to be faulty, defective, or incorrect or any other costs arising from parts supplied.
